About Us

Our History

Started in 1988 as L. Scott Horne P.C., the firm was established to handle real estate transactions of all types for investors, and slowly grew to working with realtors as well.

Scott saw the opportunity in his real estate business relationships to expand into real estate title operations. He then quickly expanded to four title offices in the DFW area.

Today, Horne & Associates, P.C. incorporates all facets of the real estate industry into its business, which includes residential and commercial closings, title operations, investor and realtor representations, creative finance transactions, with a focus on creative real estate transactions, foreclosures and landlord / tenant representation.

What’s the most favorite part of your job?
Helping people structure and close their real estate transactions

What do you like to do when you are not working?
Well….I’m always working…but do like to workout, bike, golf and work in my yard.

If you really knew me….you’d know?
That I have an extremely high level of energy and I truly love the art of investing….but if I had my druthers…I’d be hanging out at the lake.

Travel and spend time with family and friends.

Sharon Figueroa

What’s the most favorite part of your job?
Seeing how people can benefit from these transactions. Sellers get to avoid foreclosure and sometimes even get to buy or rent their properties back. Buyers can get the opportunity to buy their own home, which for one reason or another reason they couldn’t achieved in the traditional mortgage world.

What do you like to do when you are not working?
I like Outdoor activities, traveling and enjoy time with the family.

That I love to travel and see different cultures, traditions and people.

My name is Sandra Robles, and I am an accountant for S2 Equities. I am responsible for educating other employees on using progressive systems and applications, including accounting software, mass communication procedures and organizational applications. I would like to think I am a powerful force in the workplace that uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. I am inspired daily by my beautiful daughters and in my free time, I love spending time with them.

Delicia Esquivel

Receptionist

I’m Delicia Esquivel, and I’m the receptionist. I truly love what I do! Whether it’s answering calls, guiding people to where they need to be, or helping direct them to the right person. I enjoy being helpful in any way I can, but my favorite part of the job is getting to talk to everyone who comes through our doors. Outside the office, I’m a proud mom to three wonderful, amazing children and a wife to my high school sweetheart. My kids definitely keep me on my toes, so while I don’t get a lot of "me time," I cherish the moments I spend reading, taking walks with my kids at the park, and spending time with extended family. My world truly revolves around my small but beautiful family.
